Fix for Netflix on Nexus player - constant buffering at 25%.
Hi folks, long time.
The problem:
Here's a quick one I just ran into. On my son's Netflix profile (set up for 'older kids'), several of his shows would play for a few minutes (usually about 4 min), then go to a buffering state which ALWAYS hung at 25%. I worked with Netflix support, and it has something to do with the fact the profile was a kids account, which was changed after it was created.
The Fix:
You have 2 options

The Fix:
You have 2 options
- Remove the kids restriction from the account.
- Create a new profile from the Nexus player, enabling the kids setting in that flow. Migrate to this.
In one case you lose your history on this profile, on the other you lose kids restriction.
